The proposed Arrow Surat Pipeline, approved in 2009, became redundant under a 27-year gas supply deal between Arrow and the Shell-operated QCLNG joint venture, announced in December 2017. Arrow applied to surrender the ASP pipeline licence (PPL 144) in January 2018; the surrender was approved by the Minister’s delegate in June 2019.
The proposed Arrow LNG Plant was shelved in January 2015.
