We work on some of the best agricultural land in Australia, and we take seriously our responsibility to care for and preserve it for future generations.

Each Arrow landholder has a dedicated Land Liaison Officer from our Land Access Team who lives and works in the local community.

Every property is unique, and the Land Access Team works with landholders to understand each property, and its current and future uses.

We operate in a way that is open, responsive, and genuine, and we are always accessible to landholder queries, feedback, or concerns.

Meet Brock

This is Brock Jephcote, one of Arrow's Land Liaison Officers. Brock works with our landholders in the SGP North area to get to know their properties, keep them informed about Arrow’s activities, and respond to their questions or feedback.

Engaging with landholders

Cultivating co-existence

Partnerships with our landholders are long-term, based on mutual respect and create shared value.

We work with landholders to minimise potential impact to their farms and the environment through approaches such as optimised well design, deviated drilling, and use of existing infrastructure.

From 2025, we will start returning treated water to landholders through commercial agreements for use on their farms to offset potential water impacts from our operations.
