Arrow's external relations department is the primary contact for all engagement with external stakeholders.
This includes engagement with the community, media, and local, state and federal governments. All contractors must contact this team for clearance prior to our comment or published information being released in the public domain involving Arrow's project activities and initiatives.
Similarly, all external enquiries and complaints are managed by this team. Arrow's complaints management system sets out a framework for managing and documenting complaints.
