Interest can be registered in one of two ways:
Arrow Supplier Qualification System (SQS)
Arrow SQS is a registration tool used to initiate prequalification for suppliers seeking to supply goods and services directly to Arrow.
Industry Capability Network (ICN) Gateway
ICN Gateway is a broad industry registration tool for Australian companies seeking to supply goods and services to a range of businesses.
Arrow SQS is a registration tool, used to initiate prequalification for suppliers seeking to supply goods and services directly to Arrow. The system forms part of the internal process Arrow uses to qualify suppliers.
How to become a registered supplier
Stage 1: Suppliers will be required to complete the online questionnaire. There is no charge for Stage 1 registration and it will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
Stage 2: Based the responses given in Stage 1, Achilles (the SQS service provider) may extend an invitation to complete the industry-specific First Point Supplybase (FPS) community questionnaire.
There is an annual subscription fee payable to Achilles, which is required in order to join this community. This stage is optional however, and is not an essential part of the bidding process for opportunities with Arrow. This service provides suppliers with the benefit of visibility to a broader range of oil and gas industry buyers.
