Arrow Energy has applied for a Regional Interest Development Approval (RIDA) to construct and operate 14 subsurface deviated wells beneath six lots in the Kupunn and Springvale areas of the Western Downs Region. The application covers lots over which Arrow had not reached a voluntary agreement with the landholders at the time of lodgement of the application.

There is no surface disturbance to the properties subject to the RIDA application.

Here is a copy of the public notification for the application.

Arrow’s RIDA application describes how the company plans to develop the Kupunn Springvale project, so the state receives the full benefits of both the agricultural and natural gas industries.
