Safety

At Arrow, our safety mantra is ‘Target Zero’.

Whether it’s in the field, in the office, or in the community, our goal is that every person returns home safely at the end of the day.

A safe workplace starts with a strong safety culture. We have a shared belief that zero accidents is possible, we create environments where people feel comfortable speaking up about any concerns, and we encourage all our people to take responsibility for safety.

While Arrow has never recorded a fatality, we are determined to remain vigilant and are committed to continuous safety improvement.

Our focus is to continue avoiding high potential incidents that could cause serious harm, while encouraging reporting of minor incidents to further improve our processes.

We also want to help create safe and healthy communities in areas where we work. This includes an on-site nurse so we don’t put pressure on local healthcare services, traffic controls at road works, and by helping fund community initiatives that promote health and wellbeing.
