Notification under Section 411 of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004
Notice is hereby given that on 22 December 2021, Australian CBM Pty Ltd, Arrow CSG (Australia) Pty Ltd and CleanCo Queensland Limited, made application for the grant of a petroleum pipeline licence to transport coal seam gas from Arrow operations to neighbouring gas processing facilities.
The application relates to the construction and operation of one gas transmission pipeline (3.0km in length). Activities are proposed to occur east of Kogan and within the boundaries of block BRIS 2676 (sub-blocks A and B) as defined in the Queensland Block Identification Map Series B.
Making a submission
