Notification under Section 411 of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004
Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2020, Arrow CSG (Australia) Pty Ltd lodged an application for a petroleum pipeline licence to transport coal seam gas and produced water from Arrow’s operations to Arrow’s facilities.
The application relates to the construction and operation of a gas transmission pipeline and a water transmission pipeline (both 17km in length). Activities are proposed to occur in the area of Kogan and within the boundaries of blocks and sub blocks BRIS 2530 (Y, Z), 2531 (Q, V, W), 2602 (D, E), 2603 (A, B, C, F, G, H, J, M, N, O, P, S, T, U, Y, Z), 2604 (Q, V, W), 2675 (E) and 2676 (A, B) as defined in the Queensland Block Identification Map Series B.
