For the purposes of safety, future planning and avoiding any damage to our assets, any third party proposing to construct infrastructure or undertake activities on or near Arrow Energy assets or Arrow Energy owned land, will need to first obtain the approval of Arrow Energy. This is to ensure an assessment is undertaken to determine the level of impact (if any) there will be to our existing assets and any future activities.

Obtaining Approval from Arrow Energy
- Perform a ‘Before You Dig Australia’ search via www.byda.com.au or by downloading the BYDA Next Gen smartphone app.
- Complete the Application Form below and submit to the Arrow Energy Third Party Crossings Team via crossings@arrowenergy.com.au. Upon receipt of the Crossing Application, Arrow Energy will undertake the following steps.
- An initial technical review and assessment to determine any potential impacts on the Arrow assets or land. During this review Arrow Energy may request further information be provided to assist with the review.
- Upon completion of the technical review Arrow Energy will advise of any approval requirements. If it is determined that a Crossing Approval is required, the Third Party Crossings Team will prepare a draft Crossing Approval that will cover off any required legal, commercial or operational matters.
Please note the time frames to obtain a Crossing Approval can vary and are largely dependent on the location and type of activities being undertaken, and the level of impact to our assets or land. Ensuring timely provision of any additional information requests will greatly assist in the delivery of the Crossing Approval.
