Surat Gas Project Central
Our Surat Gas Project Central is located south of Chinchilla in Queensland’s Western Downs. Stage One is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026.
It’s the third major development area within the broader Surat Gas Project, and we are working with local landholders in the Kogan region to progress planning and early works.
The development will include new gas production infrastructure and facilities, with first gas targeted for delivery in 2028.
We look forward to continuing to create shared value and long-term benefits for the Chinchilla, Kogan, Brigalow and Hopeland areas.
