All Trades Queensland

Arrow has partnered with All Trades Queensland and the Brisbane Broncos to deliver valuable job training opportunities for Indigenous young people.

The program gives participants access to vocational training and work experience while at high school, providing them with important skills and experience to transition to future study, training and employment.

The Building Futures Program

In 2014, Arrow established a partnership with Hutchinson Builders, the Gold Coast School of Construction and Construction Skills Queensland to deliver training places for Traditional Owner school leavers and mature-age participants in the Western Downs and Brisbane in the construction industry.

This 12-week program provides participants with access to real-world experience, training on live construction sites and direct engagement with potential employers.
