Resource activity: Site specific petroleum activity
It is advised that Arrow Energy Pty Ltd, has lodged an application for a major amendment to an environmental authority in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act 1994. The environmental authority being amended is EPPG00972513.
The application relates to amendments to the existing environmental authority to authorise impacts to prescribed environmental matters and matters of state environmental significance, impacts to HES wetlands, Category B and C environmentally sensitive areas and their buffer zones, and administrative amendments to the conditions associated with the development of wells and supporting infrastructure.
Inclusion of the Lynwood Field Compression Station (FCS) is being sought under this EA amendment application. The proposed Lynwood FCS is located approximately 35 km southwest of Dalby in the Surat Basin in the Darling Downs region of Queensland on PL198. The facility and its location were approved through the State and Federal governments’ Environmental Impact assessment processes in 2013.
The resource activity is proposed to occur on the following tenure(s): PL238, PL258, PL252, PL198, PL230, and PL260 (see map below).

- state the grounds of the submission and the facts and circumstances relied on in support of the grounds.
