Arrow’s Underground Water Impact Report (UWIR) for its Bowen Basin tenure area has been approved by the Department of Environment and Science.

The report provides information to the Queensland Government and the community on how Arrow’s coal seam gas development may interact with groundwater levels within the tenement, which spans an area around Glenden, Moranbah, Dysart, Middlemount and Blackwater in central Queensland.
The report found that no existing usable bores will be affected by Arrow’s production within the next three years.
The report is a requirement under the Water Act 2000.
