Notification under Section 411 of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004
Notice is hereby given that on 30 June 2023, Arrow CSG (Australia) Pty Ltd lodged an application for a petroleum pipeline licence to transport coal seam gas from Arrow’s facilities to third party facilities.
The application relates to the construction and operation of a gas transmission pipeline (26 km in length). Activities are proposed to occur in the area of Miles and within the boundaries of blocks and sub blocks BRIS 2091 (Y, Z), 2163 (D, E, J, K, P, U), 2164 (A, B, F, G, L, M, Q, R, S, V, W, X), 2236 (A, B, C, F, G, H, L, M, N, Q, R, S, V, W, X) and 2308 (A, B, C, F, G, H, L, M, N) as defined in the Queensland Block Identification Map Series B.

Submissions regarding the application will be accepted for 30 business days from the date of this notice and must be lodged with:
