Notification under Section 411 of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004
Notice is hereby given that on 1 September 2020, Arrow CSG (Australia) Pty Ltd lodged an application for a petroleum pipeline licence to transport treated water from third party facilities to Arrow facilities.
The application relates to the construction and operation of a water transmission pipeline (59 km in length). Activities are proposed to occur in the area of Kogan and within the boundaries of blocks and sub blocks BRIS 2526 (H, J, K, N, O, P, T, U, Y, Z), 2527 (F, G, H, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z), 2528 (L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z), 2529 (Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z), 2530 (Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z), 2531 (Q, R, V, W, X), 2600 (A, B, C, D, E), 2601 (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K), 2602 (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K), 2603 (A, B, C, D, F, G, H, J, K, M, N, O, P, S, T, U, Y, Z), 2604 (L, Q, R, V, W, X), 2675 (E) and 2676 (A, B, C, D, F, G, H) as defined in the Queensland Block Identification Map Series B.
