Energy Efficiency
Arrow is committed to improving our energy efficiency.
Arrow, as a company that uses more than 0.5 PJ of energy per year, began participating in the Australian Government's Energy Efficiency Opportunities program in 2011.
As part of this program, which aims to improve the energy efficiency of Australia's largest energy-using businesses, Arrow has identified and evaluated opportunities to improve our energy use, enhance our productivity and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
The Arrow Energy Efficiency Opportunities report provides a summary of our work to improve energy efficiency across our operations. Arrow engages specialist energy efficiency experts to help our technical and operational staff identify and evaluate energy efficiency opportunities.
Information in this report has been prepared in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Opportunities Act 2006, and Energy Efficiency Opportunities Regulations 2006 (EEO legislation). These opportunities will be reviewed by the board of directors of Arrow, as per the requirements of the EEO legislation at the next available opportunity.
