Infrastructure Facility of Significance.

SGP has lodged an application with the Queensland Coordinator-General under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 to have the Surat Gladstone Pipeline project approved under S 125 (1) (f)  as an Infrastructure Facility of Significance.

The Application seeks the approval of the Governor-in-Council that the pipeline (including the infrastructure associated with above ground facilities) ("the Facility") be independently approved as an infrastructure facility of significance, particularly economically or socially, to Australia, Queensland or the region in which the Facility is to be constructed.
