Paul D'Arcy

Paul D’Arcy holds a Masters of Science (Economics) from the London School of Economics. He has over 15 years experience in the natural gas industry in both Australia and internationally, having worked on assignments with Shell in Japan, the Middle East and China.

He has led project development and operations in all parts of the gas value chain, including upstream gas commercialisation, LNG plant and regas project development, LNG marketing and downstream gas transmission and distribution, and power generation.

Immediately prior to joining Arrow in January 2011, Paul was based in Beijing and led Shell’s LNG marketing and downstream gas activities in Greater China.
