Robbert de Weijer
Chief Operating Officer
Robbert de Weijer was appointed Arrow Energy’s Chief Operating Officer in October 2008. Prior to this role, he was the asset leader of ONEgas at Shell EP Europe where he managed the performance of 53 offshore gas platforms in the southern North Sea and two major onshore gas terminals in the Netherlands and England. In this role Mr de Weijer was responsible for managing a workforce of more than 1,500 and an annual operating budget of close to $1 billion. Prior to working at Shell Group, he combined his mechanical engineering and business management training to forge a career in the oil and gas industry throughout the Middle East, Asia and United Kingdom. Mr de Weijer’s multi cultural experience has helped him to achieve outstanding production and HSE performance records in very diverse working environments.
