Nev has over thirty years managerial and technical experience in exploration, project initiation, and project development, in the resource and energy industries. This has been primarily within the upstream petroleum and coal exploration industries both as exploration manager and exploration geologist, participating in Australian and international projects, with extensive experience in operations, planning, and management. He has explored and evaluated two major coking coal deposits in the Bowen Basin of Queensland, at Hail Creek and Oakey Creek, with different companies. Worked in petroleum exploration in Australia, West Africa, North Sea, Canada, United States and Argentina. Formed and managed a small company to provide consultancy services and project management advice in the energy, coal seam gas, and petroleum sectors. Prior to his appointment as Country Manager, India, Nev was Arrow's Exploration General Manager, with exploration and operations responsibilities during development of the Kogan North, Daandine, and Tipton West projects, as well as regional exploration activities.
