Graham joined Arrow Energy in July 2008 to manage the company's Investor Relations and Corporate Communications activities before being appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer in October 2008. Prior to this role, Graham spent fourteen years working for ARCO and then BP in their coal, oil and gas businesses. Graham was the commercial manager of the Gordonstone Coal Mine near Emerald prior to moving the ARCO’s international oil and gas operation in Dallas, Texas. After the BP take over of ARCO in 2000 he moved to BP's London office where he headed the company's performance reporting team for the upstream.
