Once our Supply Department receives this form, each application is assessed on:
• Technical ability
• Experience
• Health and Safety
• Quality
• Insurance Coverage

Failure to complete all applicable fields in this form may delay the processing of this application.

Suppliers should note that the completion of a Vendor Approval & Evaluation form does not constitute a commitment by Arrow Energy Limited to use any supplier.
