Brighter futures

At Arrow, we understand that our long-term success is closely linked to the social wellbeing of the communities where we work.

Through Brighter Futures, our community investment program, Arrow provides financial support for projects, events, and initiatives that will develop stronger communities by working in conjunction with local organisations and service providers. In assessing applications, Brighter Futures will prioritise those projects and initiatives from areas where Arrow operates, has offices or exploration activities (in Queensland and northern New South Wales).

There are three key areas of focus for Brighter Futures:

  • Health and Safety: Improving the safety, healthy lifestyles and liveability of the community
  • Education: Building sustainable learning and employment opportunities
  • Environment: Increasing awareness of the environment around us

The Brighter Futures program offers different types of funding opportunties, including:

  • Community funding is typically small, one-off contributions intended to assist not-for-profit and non-government organisations with their projects, programs and events. These can take on the form of a monetary contribution or in kind assistance.
  • Larger-scale funding can serve to form a relationship between Arrow and an organisation which offers rights and associations that may be used in return for the investment.

Arrow, through Brighter Futures, also has a number of partnerships in place. These are usually long-term arrangements where parties agree to cooperate to advance their mutual interests.

We look forward to the opportunity of working with you in the future to enhance the health, environmental, social and cultural vibrancy of your community.
